Via TripAdvisor bij El MiniBar uitgekomen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Ana. De kaart zag er goed uit, zoveel heerlijke gerechten waar we uit konden kiezen in verschillende porties. Wij hebben onder het genot van een heerlijk wijntje meerdere gerechten samen gedeeld. De rekening was laag, Nederlanders vinden dat altijd leuk �, de zaak zag er leuk uit en daarnaast was Ana erg enthousiast en heeft goed voor ons gezorgd die avond. Ze vertelde ons dat ze het erg naar haar zin had bij El MiniBar en dat haar baas goed voor zijn personeel was en dat straalde van haar af. Dikke pluim voor haar en El MiniBar. Mocht je in de buurt zijn ga dan zeker langs!

A really lovely, comfortable and welcoming venue. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The cold beer was so good on a hot day. The star of the show was the tapas, which was superb. So good! We were told that 4 tapas dishes would be plenty between the two of us and they were right. The food was so good that we ordered a fifth dish and by the time we left we could hardly move, we were so full. The wild boar wrap in particular was my favourite. Sensational.

It snowed and rained all day today but we finally left the apartment to find this gem of a restaurant! It was superb! The famous goats cheese tapa was beyond beautiful! Gorgeous chewy and silky cheese with some sweet molten jam and oodles of cilantro pesto (?) and saffron it was gorgeous! The bacalao (cod) in huge chunks covered in batter with crispy garlic and a tasty butter amazing! Rounded off with the cheese cake I can't even describe it! Was incredible! Gorgeous wine and watching other tables having their Gins poured was fascinating! Just go! The staff are lovely!
