Why does Google maps say the dining room is open when today, 4/30/22 at 11:03am, door was completely locked. Literally no other fast food restaurant on this road has a closed dining room. God forbid we want to come in and wash our hands before we eat. No excuses. Covid is the new normal. Stop being lazy!

I'm local to this Wendy's location. The only option is generally drive thru IF they're open. With the average 4 to 6 cars ahead of you the average wait time is minimum 20 minutes plus. At times they'll appear open but be closed at various times during the day/evening. No option for mobile orders except drive thru wait and pickup. The longest wait of all the fast food restaurants at the 119 exit off of I20 and 441.

Went through the drive through and no one answered so decided to go in and order and a lady asked me if I needed help and completely ignored me when I said I was trying to order. All the employees were outside in the parking lot playing around. Definitely needs to be checked by a manager because they’re not doing there job.

We are traveling and wanted to make a quick stop to eat. Well there is nothing quick about this Wendy's. 35 minutes later we got our food through the drive thru.

I work close by and go to this wendys often. They have never, ever gotten my sandwich correct. I always order the same Asiago Ranch club, grilled no tomato. 90% of the time they give me a sandwich with lettuce and MUSTARD (even though the sandwich I ordered has RANCH). When they do actually give me the correct sandwich something is always missing or the tomato is still on there which is best case. I am boycotting this store. I am patient and understanding when things are not correct, sometimes, but not all the time.

Food was not good.. Burgers were very dry with no taste after I waited 30 minutes to get my food. Would not recommend Wendy's in Madison ga
