Copper Top Restaurant

1st visit (before Covid) Nice place, been in business a long time. Good serving sizes. Triple berry french toast was excellent. Irish skillet was good. Lots of melted mozzarella cheese on top of corn beef hash and hash browns. Pancakes were just ok. See pics 2nd visit (after Covid, 2 years later). French toast is still awesome with generous strawberries and whipped cream for just $1.99 extra. The hot syrup is wonderful to drizzle on top! This time I had the Wisconsin Skillet (ham, onion, green pepper melted cheese, mushrooms) and two eggs done perfectly over medium. Used a coupon from local Bucky Book. Not quite a Bogo because coupon maxes out ar $6,70, but paid for the coffee at least. Service was fast and our server Colton was great.

My meal is coming out in pieces it took forever the server doesn’t say thank you or your welcome. My order was wrong multiple times. Yet I’m still expecting to tip like I received good service. This food is bland and They need to update the menu seriously!!!I forced myself to eat the toast an steak!! Very disgusted an very disappointed I’m going to end up eating someplace else within an hour

Very delicious food and cozy cafe vibes. Decent prices for the amount of food you get. I only had one bad experience here, but it was so frustrating it made me change my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars... I ordered a dish that was like an omelet except it was served over potatoes instead of eggs. The menu said that dish "comes with a side of american fries". I was not given any sides, just my potato dish. When I asked the waitstaff, I was told that the "side" of american fries was actually the potatoes in my dish, even though the menu specifically mentioned 2 different kinds of potatoes. I pointed this out to the waiter, who then called a seemingly more seasoned staff member to his aid who began talking to me in a very condescending tone about how I was wrong even though I was literally just reading off the menu. I was NOT impressed with the way they handled the situation - extremely unprofessional and rude. Not to mention, they should follow their own menu..... Very disappointed. :(
