Brittany’s Brick Oven Pizza

Holy cow. This place is utterly fabulous. The service was amazing - they literally anticipated our every need before we even asked. The salad - overlooked by many but my personal selling point always - was fresh, crisp and perfectly balanced. Amazing. The pizza has a perfect blend of spice and just enough crunch to the crust. Theyll rave about the desserts and friend, they are not exaggerating. It is exquisite. One warning though - they ain't lying when they say something is hot! I thought my girlfriend was going to die. 🤣

I could not recommend this place anymore! As soon as we walked in a guy in the kitchen smiled big and waved like welcoming family. The ladies in front immediately greeted us and asked if we was eat in or carry out. We picked our seat got our menus and the man from the kitchen window came out smiling and welcomed us. Waitress (Mallorie, I believe) shared the special pizza, The Hudson which was pepperoni pizza and ground Italian sausage. Introduced a new appetizer, cheese puff which would serve 4. We skipped the appetizers after reading reviews I regret that! Ordered two pizzas both The Hudson which were absolutely amazing, the meat and cheese extremely flavorful and crust perfect. I wanted a photo of the brick oven and the owner invited me back to see it in person and I even got a photo! Owner came out, told us The Hudson will be a regular as it is named after his grandson. Server paid great attention to our drink refills and knew just the right time to share the home made dessert menu. Peanut butter pie for the win. Again the owner came out, shared a bit about his training and his wife's amazing desserts. Treated like family, not an out of stater, the entire visit. This was the perfect dinner after a day at Clifty Falls State Park.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! Hands down the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. They took our food away and boxed it for us. We did not have to ask for anything at all. They were on it! I am not kidding when I say this is the best pizza I have ever had. Not to mention the garlic appetizers were also fabulous! The desert was phenomenal!! We will definitely be returning and is now my favorite restaurant no question about it! Highly recommend!!!

I grew up in Chicago where pizza was great everywhere. My family always ate thin crust and never heard of stuffed or thick crust. It wasn’t a thing in my neighborhood. I was never a fan of New York pizza and now I had to alter my opinion. As soon as we entered Bebops I got the local pizza joint vibe. The owner was all smiles and the staff was so attentive. My iced tea never came close to empty. The crazy menu choices were creative and humorous. I ended up closing my menu and just asked for a sausage pizza. From The first bite I was reminded of my childhood days. The pizza crust was as good as it gets and the sauce and cheese were very high quality and tasty. Ask the owner about his story. Bebops could easily become a chain. This place is a winner.

We were in Madison , IN August 20-22 2021 for the annual Madison Ribberfest BBQ and Blues Festival, my hometown from 1956-1978. We come back frequently and this time tried a new addition to the food scene. We ordered on a Saturday night in the middle of this massive festival. Only took about 70 minutes ready to pickup. This is a homegrown , one off pizza place that built an Italian authentic wood/gas fired pizza oven. This pizza was 1/2 tomatoes ; 1/2 pepperoni and sausage . This was a great pizza as they proof their dough 3-4 days. Have it a 4 star due to a bit much on the charred crust. But their crust was overall excellent !!! A bit light on sauce but great flavor profile!!!!

There's pizza... and then, there's Pizza. You all know what I'm talking about. This is the latter. Go here if you like perfectly fire-crisped crust, quality ingredients, and stubbornly trying to eat every bite you can manage to fit in your stomach because you know that a fridge is no place for pizza this good. Special shout out for the peanut butter pie which is somehow light & fluffy enough to let you believe diabetes will be a cozy friend so go ahead and eat that enormous beautiful slice. If like me, you're over at the inn or down by the water & debating driving a bit extra to try Bebop's, take it from me... Do it. Do it now.

BEST and most FRESH pizza in Madison!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, my kids even said "wow they are so friendly!" Very friendly people and great service. Food was outstanding! Hot, fresh bread sticks with home made marinara. Pizza came out hot and cheese was nice and stringy just like you see on tv! It was so delicious! If you're a pizza lover this place is for you. I recommend this place to everyone!
