Pizza Hut

I have to say that our pizzas tasted really good! We rarely eat Pizza Hut due to being let down in the past, however they were running a special on their large pizzas, so we decided to give them a try. Everything was hot and fresh. Our pizzas were covered in toppings and there was lots of cheese as well. We will definitely be back again soon.

Quality is better on a freezer pizza then what we got from this store. The pineapple was all thrown on one piece of pizza, there was no chicken, the dough hadn't risen and was flat and chewy, the cheese bread was just baked bread with a pinch of cheese in the middle and it wasn't cut. I was disappointed we didn't go to the fast food pizza place instead.

If only "0" were an option. Order at your own risk. If you order here know there is a 99% chance of them messing up, and a 0% chance of them caring and actually trying to fix the problem. But hey, they'll give you a credit so you can save a little the next time you spend more money with them to screw that order up too. Worst place to order around. If they mess up they couldn't care less. And they mess up a lot. It's been forever since I've ordered pizza from here for my family because they are always way over delivery time, the pizza isn't warm, and they usually mess the order up. Figured we'd give it another shot and no surprise- they messed up the order. When I called the response was "Sorry. Our delivery time is 2 hours so I'll give you a credit on your next order." The word sorry was said like he was reading off a script. I was told I could get a credit, or wait 2 hours. He was the manager, and that was it. Could not...have cared...less. Like every other time.

It would have been nice if the person I spoke with had offered to replace the pizza that they incorrectly made. I ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni and a little bit of extra sauce. When I got the pizza it was barely a regular amount of sauce and extra cheese which was not what I ordered. Customer service 101 would tell anyone with common sense that the first thing you do is offer to make it right. That never happened. Instead he wanted to be a smart aleck, and insult me with a $2 credit offer to make up for the portion of sauce that was not received. he clearly did not understand that I wanted a correct Pizza not credit for the sauce. I will be doing everything I can to speak with someone as high up as possible because that is completely unacceptable
