If I could give 0 stars I would. Here I am at 10:30, when I ordered my food at 9:16 to be exact. I’m sitting 0.2 miles from this location and have sat on my porch watching a jimmy johns car pass 3 times. I’ve called and all they said was there’s only one driver, I get people are short handed, but let me know before I order and wait this long…. and leave a tip BEFORE I receive my order. Its not like it’s even a weekend, it’s a Tuesday night.. I finally received my order at 10:40

I ordered from this location a few days ago and never received my entire order and it was definitely not a "freaky fast" delivery. I ordered a combo with a drink. The driver dropped off my sandwich and apologized for the delay. I sat down at my desk and realized he didn't leave my drink. I was at work so I ran down stairs and outside to see if I could catch him. I saw him and was able to get his attention. I said "I didn't get my drink". He said "I was going to bring it back. I dropped them. I was going to bring it back". Not sure why he didn't tell me that when he dropped off my food. If he would have, I would have been more understanding. My coworker actually ordered JJ a little bit later (from the same location) so I figured they would bring my drink with her order. They just dropped off her food and not my drink. I never received the drink. Also, the time before this I ordered JJ and it took over an hour to get the sandwich and they actually brought the wrong sandwich. I will not be ordering from them again. Update: I contacted corporate 2 weeks ago and have not heard from them nor the owner/manager. Would not recommend.

A one star rating is generous for this absolute embarrassment of an establishment. It doesn't seem to matter what day or what time I have ordered from them, my order always arrives after an hour to an hour and a half. Typically I wouldn’t complain about waiting so long as the food I received wasn’t inedible swill. From my last order, not only was it an hour and a half late, but multiple items were missing from the bag and the drink was incorrect. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Im actually surprised at the level of incompetence that anyone could have when making a sandwich.

Sitting in my car to write this review before I even leave the parking lot— this store has got it going ON! Terrifyingly fast, accurate, and the best staff ever! I have never walked in and not been greeted with a smile and hello. Never have I ever left without exactly what I needed and a kind greeting as I leave. TOP notch service. Way to go, JJ’s on Euclid. Crushing it, guys! Thank you!

Truly the worst Jimmy John’s in Lexington. After moving and having to order from this site I almost never order anymore. The fastest I have ever received an order is 30 minutes. It usually takes them an hour and I live 3-5 minutes down the street. If you are looking for a quick lunch on your break you should look somewhere else or drive to a different one.
