Mcdonald's

This McDonald's location at Winchester Rd. absolutely disgusted me tonight. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and was served raw hamburger meat! I was not given a reciept. This is a $6 sandwich. They absolutely refused to refund me even after showing them the sandwich and recording that they understood and agree they served me raw meat. The manager even took the sandwich and began digging through it while agreeing it was raw. I am visiting the hospital in case of food poisoning. I am absolutely sickened at the food and the customer service here. I will never come back to this location and I surely hope the health department looks into this as it is a serious health violation. I've worked at a restaurant for 11 years and this is absolutely unacceptable. " ... update.. McDonald's sent me a letter stating simply that they were "sorry". No refund , nothing. Still completely unacceptable.

Horrible place to go all their associates are barely of age and have no regards for other people and don't know how to make their own breakfast let alone breakfast for somebody else!! My order is messed up 99% of the time the last time I went I got a biscuit and gravy and it had like two scoops of gravy on it not even enough to saturate one biscuit lol so if you're wanting breakfast I would recommend going somewhere else

Usually I don’t complain but I came to McDonald’s today around 5 an I really wanted a chocolate milkshake an so did everyone at home. I had a 20% off code an they couldn’t even activate it so I was like fine whatever I get to the window an all my shakes are vannila with a little bit of chocolate I’ve worked at McDonald’s before an I know that means the bag needed changed an whoever made the shake instead of changing it gave us the wrong shakes! So not only did I not get the 20% off but I didn’t get the flavor shakes I wanted! 4 shakes! All vanilla! I wanted chocolate!
