Jersey Mike's Subs

This is why I normally stick to one store when getting my sandwiches so I know what to expect. I use my birthday rewards to try out a new store. Maybe thats why the sandwich was rushed or half done; because it was free. However, I wouldn't come back because they shown me that they don't take time to make it right. I ordered a hot meatball sub. I wanted it exactly as it comes. There were only 2 other customers in line behind me. No one in front of me, no one sitting down, no big group coming through the door. And 2 employees behind the counter. However, based on this sandwich, you'd think they were swamped. The cheese was not melted probably because the sandwich was luke warm, and there weren't enough meatballs for all that bread. Now JerseyMike, you tell me. Does the sandwich I received look like the one on your website? Stars for customer service since they were friendly.

To start, no signs indicating where to order. Which leads to the staff that is rude. The store looked dirty and the sub was gross. The lettuce was brown and the onions were mushy. Also born in Jersey the “Jersey Shore Sub” is a complete misrepresentation of real Jersey subs. Not only that, the sub is small for the price. Whoever runs this location needs to invest in training staff because I will never eat here again. I can only imagine what’s going on behind the closed doors if they put old nasty Condiments on subs. I really do not like to leave a bad review but I hope to warn anyone that thinks about walking in the doors of this establishment. Really I think I could have made a sandwich of the same quality with trash from their dumpster. Do yourself a favor and get something from chipotle Or Dunkin’ Donuts

I went here bcoz this used to be my favorite place for chipotle cheese steak. I ordered a chipotle cheese steak this time to go and not sure what they gave me... the ingredients seemed different, tasted different and the meet was with lot of nerves and small bones. I ate half and had stomache ache and threw other half. Now thanks to this, i wont visit for a long time until i forget abt it.
