I wish I had the name of the 2 wonderful individuals that prepared our order!! I haven't been to a potbelly since i lived in Seattle years ago. And those 2 really did a wonderful job reminding me why i loved ordering sandwiches from there. I am sad my trip was so short! 10/10 will come back again!

When me and my family went to Washington D.C for spring break, we encountered this restaurant. Potbelly was in my opinion, the best restauraunt that I visited during my time. I ordered the Mamas Meatball and to be honest, it was exceptional. My family had the same things to say about their food. The only thing is that some people like oil and vinegar on their sandwich, but Potbelly doesnt have that. Otherwise 5 star experience. If I ever go back to D.C, I will definitely come back.

Ordered a skinny wreak sandwich and chili, but was out of it, so I opted for just sandwich. The young lady thought I didn’t want the sandwich as well because of my patience and they realized I still wanted the sandwich, they immediately fixed it and gave me half off discount. Great customer service!

The food is great. That's to be expected from a sandwich joint that has survived the pandemic in gallery place Chinatown DC. But what makes this a great place are the workers. Such a nice group of people. Joking and conversating with the customers. They create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. And I am grateful for that. Not everyday is a great day and walking into a sandwich shop full of people with great vibes can help to clear one's skies.

came her specifically to get a local deli experience in DC and I got it!! The wreck sandwich was fantastic!! Thanks to some horseradish sauce that put it over the top it was a great lunch on a cold DC day. Thanks!! I loved it

Food was good, but mediocre maybe a 3 star. But the service was a good 5. Friendly staff and quick service. We sat upstairs to eat which was fun and nice. The kids enjoyed the patio seating. Clean and interesting environment too.

I got a mushroom melt on flatbread which is my usual sandwich. It was very good. The restaurant is clean the service is fast and friendly. Good place to grab a sandwich for lunch. I would have given them five stars but sometimes they don't have some of the fixings for your sandwich.
