The slowest service known to man. Had five cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get an average burger that lacked half of what was supposed to be on it. My drink sat for so long the ice was melted. The service person lacked any SERVICE. Never spoke a word to me. Never even looked at me. Haven’t been to Burger King in years and it will NEVER happen again. Over priced below average product.

Changed my rating for this location after posting last review. This was because of the G.M. Jeanie she reached out after receiving my complaint and made it right. She was a sweet heart and when I went back while she was working she was very helpful and all the staff was great. And friendly. She truly is great at her job.

For some reason they stopped serving their breakfast sandwiches hot. the last three times I went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast croissants the ham was ice cold and the cheese was cold and not melted. Stopping on the way to work doesn't give me time to go back and have them fix it.

Cassandra is a really nice employee, she has respect towards her customers. It’s been a really long time since I’ve felt welcomed to order food and had the same respect back. 🙂

I went through the drive thru ordering a number 1 with a large unsweetened iced tea extra ice and onion rings plus a large root beer.
Here's what I got my tea tasted like it was made 2 nights ago, it got thrown away, onion rings were cold,thrown away and the whopper was very cold the burger was as cold as the stuff put on the burger. This isn't the first time the burger has been cold just not at this store but now this one can eat added

very sloppy whoppers, can only recommend fried foods here. also count your food before leaving the drive through multiple weekend breakfasts have had missed croissant sandwiches.

Terrible! Make sure you check your bag in the drive thru before you leave. Overpriced, pay all that money and they don't even give you the food.
