This Panera has a drive through! A great feature for a quick meal during a road trip. While some items were unavailable due to supply chain issues, the cashier was pleasant and the food as good amd consistent as ever!

Buy 12 bagels and get one free.
If you want them sliced, remember to ask them. The cream cheese is two eight ounce tubs. Do not expect small packets like the condiment packages at other fast food restaurants. Overall good products and service. Will shop here again.

Really good food, whether you get a sandwich, a salad, or a treat. It doesn't matter what you get. It's good. 😄 But, since they serve clean food, they should make much more effort in recycling. Whether chemicals or trash, it's still putting things into our earth.

Usually great, but disappointing lately, especially considering the price. I order Cesar salads frequently, and lately there have been pieces of brown lettuce in the salads. Also, the cup that has Cesar dressing in it is never full, only about 1/2 way. This doesn't leave enough dressing to coat the entire salad. Today I was supposed to receive a free pastry on my Panera rewards. However, they charged me full price ($3.59) and only gave me a 99 cent discount. The woman taking orders has a beautiful accent, but is very difficult to understand through the drive through. She has a difficult time understanding customers and frequently messes up my order.

The kid taking my order couldn't hear me and seemed to have an attitude. That's what happens when you hire kids. Then they were out of chips and bread. They were also out of the soup I wanted and I had to get something else. For the amount of money I spend on food here, they shouldn't have a shortage of anything. I also got all juice and no meat in my bowl of chicken noodles soup. I don't know about panera anymore. Hot mess.

Central Ave location > Talmage road location. The service was great! They never mess up the orders here and inside is very clean. It's as good as it gets as far as Panera goes

The store was disorganized and hard to navigate. During a lunch hour, it wasn’t busy but took a long time to order and receive our food. We ordered the new chicken sandwich which was costly and it was over cooked, dry and barely edible. Won’t stop here again.

This is not a grilled cheese… this is pure laziness 😤 super dissatisfied after waiting as long as we did. And they rang in the wrong soup for my daughter overall bad experience.
