Managed to get a table for two without booking (although I highly suggest booking). we sat outside on the terrace with heating (visited mid November). The staff were very welcoming. They ran through the specials and gave recommendations on the menu. While choosing, we were given homemade breads and dip (which was delicious). Then, after our order was taken, the chef sent out a carpaccio of beef. The presentation was beautiful, as was the taste. Our food arrived, a slow, braised pork cheek stew and salad for me and a clow cooked BBQ pork knuckle with asparagus for my partner. On both dishes the meat was so tender it fell apart and melted in your mouth. They were incredibly flavoursome and filling. Would I recommend? I already have!

Super vriendelijk ontvangst. Lekker stukjes brood met sausje gekregen. Van het huis een tortilla met pulled pork. Als hoofdgerecht heeft mama gekozen voor een surf & turf brochette (met vlees en gamba's) Zelf heb ik geopteerd voor de ribbetjes (deze zijn om duimen en vingers af te likken) 😋 Je kreeg er lekkere, dikke frieten bij en een kom gevuld met een slaatje. Jammer genoeg kreeg ik dit niet meer op. 🙈 De bediening ging vlotjes én in het Vlaams. We voelden ons er meteen thuis. ❤️
