Dropped in today for the first time, quite impressed. The store is very clean and tidy, the staff polite.
The current range has only 6 items, all are 30cm (12") baguettes. Another 6 are to be added soon. We had the 2 chicken varieties. At $9.90 each (a little more if you use one of the delivery services), these are great value.
The rolls are not as wide as Subway's, but are a lot nicer in texture and flavour. The fillings are not over-done; that is the fillings are not spilling out everywhere threatening to make a mess of your clothes. The ones we had were served warm and crispy - not quite to the 'toasted' stage, but noticeably warmed and crunchy.
The shop is a few minutes walk from Westfield's, or just across the road from the station. I will certainly be back - might even take the wife.
Good show & looking forward to the next meal there.
Sorry, Subway, you've lost me - in Parramatta at least.

I have been to Chicken and Garlic a number of times now and everytime the baguettes are always fresh with the tastiest fillings, the owner is very friendly and accommodating to his customers needs. Thanks again guys for a wonderful lunch see you again real soon!

The quality of the chicken Fransisco is unreal. All the sandwiches stun me with the flavour, quality of ingredients and it’s ability to curb my hunger. I’m officially a regular.
