Roll'd Vietnamese Food

I'm a big fan of Vietnamese food and I'm super chuffed that Roll'd has a bunch of locations in Sydney suburbs. Roll'd is great for rice paper rolls. They have a great range and even offer low carb options. I can recommend the BBQ chicken and the duck rolls. The bahn mi here is really good, even if it's slightly more expensive than a roll from your local corner bahn mi store. The pho is good, but not great. The bao they have here is ok, but not of the same calibre at Mr Bao or Belly Bao. If you're expecting that level of quality, you'll be disappointed. This is very much a 'fast food' version of that famous stream bun dish. It's outlet has good customer service and friendly staff. They helped me use a new third party food ordering app, which I hadn't used with them before. Food came quickly and the seating area was clean, with chilli sauce available on all tables.

I am appalled by your food hygiene! I ordered a vermicelli salad and my tub of sauce was filled with flies. When I brought it back to the store to notify Roll’d of the issue, the girl took the sauce tub and walked off without acknowledging the problem or apologising. Given the poor food hygiene & customer service, I won’t be returning back and advise others to rethink dining here.
