Jack In The Box

They make good food most of the time 8/10. But when they mess up an order they got full out. The wait time can be a little annoying but worth it for fresh food. It's awesome that they stay open like literally all day. I don't see much turn over so if Jack in the box sees this review give those guys a raise.

Was a little rocky in Drive Thru as I don't think the employee could understand what we wanted. Decided to go inside. We were heading back to Orlando FL and have some fans who wanted the Tacos. We ordered 100 frozen tacos for the long 10hr road trip back. They were very accommodating for that odd request. I ordered a Swiss and Bacon burger and it was by far one of the best fast food burgers I've ever had. Also ordered two regular tacos and they were good. But not as good as the burger was. Wish we had them in FL.

After 5 years of coming to this jack in the box I finally got some good customer service! It’s late, the’re understaff ( I think it was only 2 people working tonight). Despite having a really big order Mr. Fernando was very polite, and very nice, not once did he Made a face or gave us some type of attitude. Thank you Fernando :)

Was very hungry tonight. This virus scare has got every food service place closed, it's a tragedy people. We still need to eat Mr. Mayor! Anyway, we pulled up on this Jack in the Box around 11:20 pm and came into contact with the night manager Adrian. I must say, what a gem! He's the best manager I've ever seen, truly goes the extra mile and most definitely deserves a raise. Adrian should probably be running this store during the peak hours. More people should have the pleasure of coming into contact with him. Just some ideas, I hope upper management gets the chance to see this review. Good job Adrian! Way to go above and beyond in these tough times.

I love Jack in the Box. Granted some are not great. This particular location has been good to me though. Not always the cleanest (lots of flies inside the resturant) but the service and food justifies the 200 mile trip from Knoxville. Tacos qre always crispy. Food always hot. Staff always nice and understanding when i order my obscene amount of tacos.

This jack in the box has always given me fresh food and great quality! I can not ever think of a time where they have given me cold food or poor service. From my own experience I think this jack in the box is the best I have ever eaten from. Food is always piping hot and fresh! Thank you for your awesome food and service!
