Having been to melting pot before, I can honestly say that our server Anthony really went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect evening. The service was extraordinary. The food was spectacular. The entire experience was timely and pleasant. Can’t wait to come back.

Anthony was our server and was outstanding!!
He knows the menu inside and out and has a a great personality. He was prompt, responsive, efficient, and enthusiastic.

We had to wait a bit so the manager asked if we wanted to wait at the bar and have a drink and we let them know we’re celebrating a special occasion and they surprised us with rose pedals on the table and a card! Great presentation didn’t stop at the table but the food from the cheese fondou, entrees and eventual dessert matched the energy. If you want a special date night experience I can’t recommend this place enough. Ask for Chris with his impeccable and thoughtful service was the cherry on top.

Maria S. was awesome, she was very knowledgeable and very kind. The atmosphere was very nice and quite, but would have loved some light music during our celebration of our anniversary 😁 will definitely come back again.

My daughter and I came for a “Daddy Daughter Date Night.” We had an amazing time. Our server Maria was extremely accommodating. The food and service were 5 star!! Thank you Melting Pot for taking care of my daughter and me on our special night!

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool. The staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty amazing, we love coming here as a family. Today 8/4, we had a great experience with our server : Maria , she was great, explain how every is always cooked even though we have been here before. Always smiling and having a nice conversation. We always look forward to enjoy our dinner date and family time at the melting pot !!!!! Thank you guys for everything :)
