Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I work in this office building and can attest that while the food may be decent, the service is a disaster. You will get faster service at the DMV. Everyone moves at a snails pace. I don't think I've ever had an order take less than 10-15 minutes and it's not like they have complicated menu items. It's all very simple and SHOULD be very quick but it never is. I really want this place to be better than it is because it would be very convenient but every time I give them another shot all I am reminded of is why I said the last time that I wouldn't come back, so here I am today giving them another shot and it's disorganized chaos as usual so I am taking the time I'm stuck waiting for a simple wrap and smoothie to write this review in hopes that they will get it together. So annoying. This is a busy office building. No one has time to sit here waiting.
