Dropped in to El Pollo Inka while traveling through Miami, based on the terrific reviews and our love of Peruvian cuisine. Previously perusing the online menu we saw the Chaufa de la Casa, one of our favorite dishes. Ordering the Chicharron de Calamar starter, we followed with the Chaufa, a generous serving of delicious fried rice, chicken, beef and shrimp. A terrific dish!!
And they serve a very tasty chicha morada, pretty much my favorite bebida with dinner!!
Our hostess Veronica was an angel, seeing to our satisfaction without interfering with our enjoyment of the meal. She made us welcome, and we felt at home there.
And a big thank you to that invisible team in the kitchen, for their expert preparation of our dinner!!

I found a delicious authentic Peruvian restaurant i the heart of Doral!
Everything was delicious! Great atmosphere, awesome service. Food tasted amazing and super fresh. I am a foodie and i was born in Peru. This is my absolute favorite spot from now on. I live in Fort Lauderdale and I will drive to this place from now on for the food I love!

All the dishes I ordered were delicious. The ceviche platter had soft fish and a refreshing sourness that whet my appetite. Churrasco was also very satisfying with soft meat and good seasoning. We will go again!
