WALKED IN HERE TODAY WITH MY CO WORKER TO HAVE A QUICK BITE TO EAT AND SEND OUT A FEW EMAILS. ORDERED FOOD, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE LADY AT THE COUNTER WAS QUICK AND SUPER FRIENDLY. THE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS. GIVE IT A TRY WHEN YOUR IN THE AREA.

I mean, it's Taco Bell.
This particular location was remodeled at some point between mid-2019 and mid-2020, so it's a bit nicer/cleaner/newer looking than it was before, for whatever that's worth. I personally strongly prefer the kitschy '80s/'90s TB decor, but c'est la vie.
They get the 4 stars because I have yet to encounter an issue with an item being out of stock, but are docked the last star because literally *none* of the employees can *ever* hear/read/pronounce my (not all *that* strange) name correctly when I pick up an app order.

Low quality Mexican’ish food. 40 cents short of 10 dollars for 2 sad a@# chalupas and a hard taco combo. Could get better deal, more unprocessed food and be filled more in a real Mexican restaurant or roach coach for 10 bux.
Can get at least double the good for the price.

I'm a dasher and have been stuck in the drive thru For over an hour and now I get to the window and they said they already handed out the order they're not making another one Matthew does not know what hes doing you have a long line it shouldn't take this long to make some burritos and tacos. He's very unprofessional on how he runs things and he needs to be dealt with Because if hes a manager I'm sorry your business can go down the drain. If you guys mistakenly give out an order I'm sorry you have to make another one. That's part of doing business you don't send your customers away that's been waiting for over an hour thanks thanks we'll never come back to this one

Went inside for lunch and looked at the menu and saw the prices and turned around and went somewhere else. Taco bell is good for when you want a light meal that's easy to eat. I was really hungry that day and at those prices I knew taco was not the place (for that day).

Went for late night drive through. They could barely hear me at the drive through (one can barely see the menu from where you talk into the speaker), got my order wrong and felt they overcharged me. When I arrived to the window the workera had music blasting inside.

A nice "Mexican Phone Company", clean, modern, friendly staff. The food is standard TB fare but seemed fresh, not languishing under heat lamps.
