I very rarely write reviews but just had to say ..WOW! I had one of the best steaks I ever cooked from them. Just moved to MDR and was searching for a good meat market and I will for sure be going back. I have tired many others in W. LA and all the high end grocery markets and I am very impressed (always thought Harris Ranch was the gold standard)

I love going there. Love bringing friends there. What a great place to communicate with very polite, helpful and knowledgeable stuff. Everything I buy there is straight out of heaven. Vegetarians, be aware, trying their bacon burger may convert you to meat aficionados! I have not cooked many burgers in my life, but I tried to eat a lot. On the picture is the one I cooked myself and it was one of the best burgers I had in my life.

Just an FYI to Manhattan Meat Market: In the past always a 5 star... not this time...$35.00 +/lb for a New York prime steak.. bbq’d to perfection medium rare..Results: Zero flavor..chewy and sinewy... Shellback steaks at $12.95/ serving 5 star... not sure but think they may come from the same meat market.?? Oh Well.. back to Costco for same cut at $15/lb.

Best rib eye that we ever had. Everyone in my family kept commenting on how good they were. They are pretty thick so we sliced them in half long ways and BBQ them. One steak feeds 2 people with normal appetites. We will definitely be back.
