You would think this is a hole in the wall by outside appearance but I had read reviews before going so decided to try it. Wow. It was fabulous and lived up to the hype. We ordered sea bass (pictured) and the steak and chicken specialties. Definitely will return on my next California trip.

Effective August 2021: Sad to say that Sion's closed due to a fire and will NOT be reopening.
Wonderful experience all around. Casual dining with legit, top notch flavors and service. Will be my go-to for Mexican food in Manhattan Beach.

The food was good but lacking in any real flavor. I found my wife and I are both adding salt to everything. One flautas a la carte, cheese chips, and one combo plate and two waters was $35. I feel that was a bit pricey.

Nothing fancy here, just fresh and incredibly tasty food. Coffee was delicious and very hot. Service is 5 star too and restaurant is very clean.

I tried their Menudo for the first time today. It was great! Not to spicy and it had a lot of meat and hominy, which I love. Probably frequent this place on Sundays for Menudo.

A small quaint Mexican restaurant with great food and very friendly staff. Good variety with items and food is served quickly.

Best of the best. My family has been coming here for years. It’s the seventh wonder of the South Bay. If you know, you know. The food is amazing, and the service and ownership is top notch. Every time we walk in here we see someone we know at a nearby table. We always get greeted with a smile.
