Stayed at the Victoria court one for seven nights, first impression was the apartment looked a little tired but everything you needed was there cooking utensils and such, towels were provided, I must say they were a little bit thin, the pool and pool area was kept beautifully did not use bar or restaurant but it looked very popular, had a small problem with cockroaches in the apartment but was soon resolved. My two main problems were no air con or ceiling fans (we did hire a fan), but the state of the floors was dreadful they were absolutely filthy not just a few days worth, we should have mentioned it earlier as they said they would have got the cleaning contractors back. All in all I think I would return if I could have an apartment with either air con or ceiling fans
This complex is at the quieter end of the Arona end of Los Cristianos and is great for the older generation and families with little kiddies, heated safe pool, apartments are large and have lovely views. Nice little bar/ restaurant run by steve and sue, ideal as a base to explore the beach and walkway all the way round the coast.

Si tratta di un residence abitato quasi esclusivamente da persone inglesi di una certa età quindi molto tranquillo e accogliente. Al centro del residence c'è una piscina usufruibile da tutti i clienti e con la modica cifra di €2 si possono affittare lettini e ombrelloni. Abbiamo avuto un problema al momento dell'arrivo, derivato da problemi di comunicazione, in quanto abbiamo trovato la reception chiusa e non sapevamo che i gestori ci avevano inviato le istruzioni per accedere al nostro appartamento, il n.14/b. Il problema è stato prontamente risolto dai gestori. L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutti i servizi, compresi phon, ferro da stiro, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, ecc. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato che la pulizia era stata fatta in maniera sommaria e abbiamo dovuto disinfettare tutto l'appartamento per sentirci più tranquilli. Inoltre abbiamo trovato molte delle stoviglie incrostate di cibo. Per quanto riguarda L'ubicazione, L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, vicino alla passeggiata del lungomare e a tutti i principali servizi. Tirando le somme del nostro soggiorno, possiamo ritenerci soddisfatti
Wonderful complex for a holiday, everyone was so warm, friendly and welcoming.
The apartment is a bit basic and really could do with an update , towels & bedding very thin.
But overall a very good time was spent here.
The bar complex was ran very well and Steve and staff were very welcoming and efficient, always had a smile and humour with it too.
Have rebooted for next year
Great apartment accommodation. Lovely pool with pool side bar. Within walking distance of the beach and many great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, everything on hand. Great community of people and all very friendly. Lovely heated pool with abundance of sunbeds and parasols and daily lifeguard on duty. Nice pool side bar The Cruise Inn 2 with great choice of drinks and food, complex has extensive book library, water filter machine, mobility parking and Internet cafe area. 10 minute walk to beach and market down the hill and 2 minute walk to nearest restaurant and shopping centre up the hill. Loved it all.
