Denny's

SIMPLY RIDICULOUS! What ever could have gone wrong did. All of our food came out wrong. Pancakes were crunchy, all the hash was burnt, kitchen was out of items, server kept bringing one cup of water, ran out of coffee so we had to wait, one glass had some black thing foating in it, one of us had to wait for food another 15 minutes although we had already waited 20 mins for the first wrong food to come out.

I must say this was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. Evidently they don't have anybody working there. It took over an hour for me to get my food. I wasn't expecting too much of a great steak from Denny's but I was hoping they would cook it to order. No it was not medium rare, it was well done. I stopped while driving down the interstate. I'm so glad I don't live in this area because if I did I would definitely never go back there and I'm glad I don't have to. The waitress was nice and had to keep making excuses for the kitchen. This place is poorly managed understaffed and needs cooks. I would not recommend to anybody.

Microwaved bacon! Your establishment specializes in breakfast items and you serve over cooked crumbled up bacon! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I got a BLT and had to request an additional side of this awful bacon just to get through lunch. It could also use a cleaning. I don’t think the floors have vacuumed in months.

The Denny's has clearly been here a while based upon the exterior design... But the inside is in good condition and well kept. I've been here twice and the staff has been great both times. The food has been top notch was well. Denny's has clearly upped some of their menu choices over the years... Don't get me wrong you can get the basic diner food but the burgers are better than expected as are the sandwiches. And it's not budget breaking prices either.

The food was sub par and the wait staff miserable. We were seated rather quickly, ordered our drinks which came out right away, and ordered 2 burgers. An hour later the waitress admitted she completely forgot to place the order. During this time our drinks sat empty. Our food came out half an hour later! Unbelievably horrible. The table next to us, who came in about 45 minutes after us got their food first and immediately walked out. It was stone cold and burnt to a crisp. They refused to pay for anything but their coffees. Doublet we will return to this or any other Denny's again. It is consistently atrocious.

We did not have a good experience with this restaurant. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food but that would have been forgotten if the food had been better. It was in a nice to go container but it was only partially warm. I was under the impression that Denny's food was freshly prepared as ordered but this food was not you could tell it was a prepared meal then frozen until ready to serve. We were hungry and eager for our meal (it was early am and a breakfast order) and even if the meal would have been even partially edible I would have gave a better rating. The service person seemed very interested in her boyfriend who came into the restaurant while we were waiting on our order that could be a reason why the meal was cold. Wish it would have been a better experience for us but sadly it wasn't and that is why I reported it as such. Thank you for your time and hopefully you will have better luck than we did here.
