Update: Despite being short staffed due to people not wanting to show up for work, the ones who are there are cheerful and trying their best to keep up with the Biscuitville standard of excellence. All they need is a bit of our patience and understanding. There is a reason the parking lot is full on a Saturday, why cars are willing to sit for 40 minutes in a drive through. It's because the quality you get for the price you pay can't be beat. We are in one of those times in history where the financial market is unstable, we need to help each other get through this with kindness and patience. Thank you so much to all of those who showed up to work on the morning of June 18th to deal with the Father's Day weekend crowd. We appreciate you and I hope your higher ups give y'all a Bonus! Always great customer service and good food. Right now their strawberry muffins are in season and they are SO DELICIOUS!

Usually I love going here. Today I went inside for the first time however and changed my whole experience. I waited 28 mins for my food. After about 20 mins of waiting I started asking how much longer. They were waiting for egg. Another 5 mins go by and I watch at least 5 more orders go by of those who ordered after me and had egg on their plates. The lady I start questioning (not realizing she was the manager Ashley) was very rude and turned around and mumbled under her breath I assume thinking I wouldn't hear her well they weren't waiting on egg. Clear as day they had egg on there plates. Either way 28 mins for 2 biscuits and an order of cheese grits is excessive. And find better management who know how to accommodate and be polite to customers who have been waiting over 20 + mins for their food
