Taco Bell

Having decades of experience with fast food drive-throughs, I must give credit where credit is due. This particular Taco Bell - especially its hard-working general manager - deserve recognition for being the friendliest of them all! The norm anymore at most drive-through services is the standard "hello, may I take your order" or so. Not here. You get the most welcoming and friendly treatment that you'll ever expect when you pull up to the order taker. Commendations should follow this location's management and staff for making this patron want to announce the relatively small, yet important, detail of great customer service and putting a smile on one's face at the pick-up window!

Placed a pick up order. 14 items. Only 7 items were there. I go back and tell them. They say no problem. They made the part of the order I already had. Cook was complaining they made it already. I only wanted the part I didn't have. I have kids and a pregnant wife with twins to keep happy. The poor communication and low attention to simple details is noticeable at this location.

2 out of five times when I frequent this restaurant the goof up my order. I try to call they don’t answer. At one point they answered the phone and left it off the hook. When I returned the next day to address the issue the manager JEAN was very unbelievably rude! She accused me of lying saying I must have called the wrong number because they would have answered. She told me to call again and I did and the phone rang I had to show her my call logs from the night before for her to “believe” me and to correct the issue even though I showed proof of purchase with my receipt. This was my first experience with her and this twisted customer service! Second encounter with her same issuer good was made incorrectly she said that her crew wouldn’t have missed a whole order of Cinnabons but she would “give” it to me. 3 encounter with JEAN again same issue with good missing or incorrect same accusations as if I’m lying. I told her I have my recipes and this is not my first time having to deal with her. She stated she could refuse to service me but she would again”give” me the good. Today I ordered food got home my fries chips and cheese were missing from my order I went i to get them and her is JEAN again she stated Carlos was there earlier and was the best in the business and doesn’t forget anything but she’s “give” it to me this time. I had to pull to the front to wait but my daughter needed to use the bathroom when I entered the building she was yelling to the staff that I come there fro free food. Unbelievable ! I frequent the his restaurant often as it is my favorite and closer to my home. But this treatment no way will I return here. I wouldn’t recommend place because the service sucks and the manger Jean needs to be fired! Or trained in customer relations.

I had called in for a question at 1:41 am, and some lady picked up the phone. After asking my question she decided to tell me to get a life and after I replied telling her that it's not okay for her to treat customers that way she told me to "Go get a life, actually go end yours" pretty much her telling me to kill myself. I asked her if that is what she meant and she replied with a solid yes. I find this very unprofessional. I reported her to a manager this morning and he was very understanding and helpful. I never got a name of anybody including the lady who said this stuff to me because she ended up hanging up. Helpful hint to that lady, never go around telling people to off themselves while at your job because that is how you get fired. :).
