We got turned away from 120 E Lake Mead Parkway branch at 9pm (closing is at 10pm), no more options left, and said that we can’t use the bathrooms anymore since they already cleaned it. We got to this branch at 9:30pm and we were accommodated with no issue. Still had plenty of options, and even when they were in the middle of cleaning they allowed us to use the bathrooms. The staff was awesome and we got our craving fixed. Five stars for this branch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

PLASTIC in my order- The food might be good but now I will never know. Inspect your food from here as I found a nice surprise when I unpacked it after pick up.
This most likely was a mistake on someone's part be it rushing or lack of staff checking quality but this is not acceptable. How did plastic make it to the lo-mein then to a customer. Please quality check your food as this could have been eaten by a kid or anyone or

Its okay in a pinch. Ordered pepper steak and didn't see any peppers but saw other vegetables. Boy did I catch it when I got home and this after I questioned the server about what he was dishing up and was assured it was what I ordered. I won't ordered that again you can believe that.

Omg, why are the employees here so ridiculously rude? I have made numerous "numerous" complaints and nothing has been done. Yateth and Eileen are two of the worst customer interaction service employees I have ever come across. The manager seems to not care at all, and she just let's them continue to treat customers horribly. Today I have had enough and Panda Express has lost me as a customer forever. Terrible employees seem to be more important then customer satisfaction. Never again

I've been going to this Panda Express for years now, I really like the staff and the location. Right next to Boba King and Albertsons, me and my friends use to hand out around here for hours on end having fun. Highly recommend for any Panda Express fan

we arrived at 9:33 they close at 10 they only had orange chicken and shrimp . when asked they said thats all they have t . . asked for the managers name and proceeded to walk to my vehicle as i was backing out he came out and said yeah we close our lobby kitchen at 9:30 when asked but why isnt there atleast food to serve he stated have a good night worst panda ever

Great food but I wanted some spring rolls and the gal said they were out. There was a man on the fryer, she tells me her chef is not here, im thinking, looks like he's standing right there working the grill next to the fryer. So he can grill but he can't drop a basket of pre rolled egg rolls . Really people?

Panda food is pretty much the same at all locations.
The nice thing about this one is the little touches. A very clean bathroom that you dont need to ask a key for. They have a table for kids to sit at with crayons and coloring books at. I sat and read the paper for over 90 min. Drinking refills on the far superior old school soda machines. And No one ever said i had to leave.
Even tho this is kinda tucked into a corner of a shopping center. Parking is pretty easy
