Just wanted to update to say that this restaurant leaves the same response to every negative complaint on here. Unfortunately when you do respond to the email they provide, you no longer hear from them from them therefore they obviously don't take it serious umand that its just for the reviews to appear that they are handling it... sad really. I almost feel bad leaving this but hoping someone in upper management will see it. I eat at this location a couple of times a week and it's just getting worse every time. This was my food today...$45 later and 2 completely burnt bowls 😡 Went in the trash.. Guess I should have checked before taking it to go. They are almost always out of shrimp and crab and other ingredients. The staff they have is absolutely amazing. The poor girl that runs the front also takes orders, payments amd handles all of the tables.....does it all actually and is always there alone!! She's obviously over worked but you would never know it as her attitude is great. Happy personality and always willing to help. I too own a business and understand stort staffing, however when the quality goes to hell, something needs to change!

First time trying out this spot after years of always passing by. Came in for take out. Service was friendly and fast. Unfortunately the flavor of the food I received did not justify the price I paid. I got a super fried rice and it taste bland. None of the meats in the rice had any flavor and neither did the rice itself. I am honestly not sure as to what seasoning was used, except for the soy sauce that was provided and I had to use just to give the rice some flavor.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this facility on 550 N Stephanie St, Henderson. As we walked up to the restaurant at 7:00 pm, we noticed the glass doors were filthy with smuggled finger prints. The floor was sticky, the food bar wasn’t well stocked, and there was dropping of raw meat, vegetables, and sauce all over the counter. The sauce bar hadn’t been wiped down either, the spoons were very sticky! We had to wash our hands after using them! The bathroom wasn’t stocked with seat covers, and one stall was out of order. Bathroom door had finger prints all over it. Although, the server was excellent, kind, attentive, and very polite. Last time we were here was when it was first open. Now 12 years lasted, you can tell the establishment has gone downhill. This was a Groupon, and we got a good deal, although, we will not be revisiting your facility again. Best of luck to you…

Full menu or create your own stir fry. We has stir fry which was delicious, except the buffet of items was messy, not filled properly and you had to wait to get a bowl. They need to organize it better and keep it topped off. Staff was great (except for lack of service at buffet). Staff wore masks, which was appreciated.

This was our first visit. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile, and I'm so glad we did. Rorri was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the food options. He throughly explained the whole process and prices of each bowl. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter's bowl consisted of steak and took a little longer to cook than the rest of ours; Rorri kept checking with the cooks to give us updates on how much longer she had to wait to receive her bowl. He made our whole dining experience very pleasant. The prices of each bowl are a little pricy, but the food is healthy and very filling, so I think it's worth it. We paid around $16.00 per person, this consisted of one trip to the bar and two base options (noodles or rice). The bar has a variety of protein and veggie options. At the end of the bar, there are sauces you can choose to flavor your meal to have your food cooked in. When you arrive at the bar, you are given a bowl to add all of your ingredients. Once you fill your bowl, you drop your bowl off to the cooks. Once your food is cooked, your server will bring your bowl to you. I do not eat meat, so I only had veggies in my bowl. I found out later that they do offer tofu as an alternative, you just have to ask the person behind the bar area for some. They can also add eggs to your bowl, you just have to tell the cooks how many eggs you want. I will definitely return to this location again the next time I visit Henderson or Vegas. I highly recommend asking for Rorri as your server. He will give you the star treatment!
