The coffee here is great, but for the most part the customer service is pretty good, but I knocked off a few stars just because here lately it's, quite frankly, sucked. I don't want to overhear your coworkers political views as I'm pulling through the drive-thru, and I definitely don't want to be hounded into filling out some stupid "what's your favorite movie?" survey. I just want my freaking coffee. 🙄

Good caramel cappuccino and I got to try the Skywalker on ice. Cool options for different flavor combinations. Not a bad place to hang out and okay customer service. Nice local coffee shop

it makes me upset to see reviews complaining about the staff because imo they’re always so nice even when I go really early and they always offer to give my dog a huge treat. if you’re not a crotchety old boomer you’ll absolutely love this place and the people that work there are part of what makes it special. the coffee is fire. I like the frozen espresso blends a lot too

I visited this place a few months ago during rainy season and because we were a group we chose to seat in the back room, a few minutes after we sat down it started raining and water was dripping on us. I like that it’s an old and rustic place but this is not acceptable. We also ordered a few sweets and pastries to share and when we asked for forks they just gave us 1 and said they’re out.

Such a special treat when we visit here. It has been a while since our last visit but the flavors have not changed. I normally get their White Mocha Freezer. This drink tastes so amazing that I get it every time I visit. It has coffee in it without being bitter and taste so smooth when you are drinking it that I find the bottom of the drink way too quick. While I love going into the store it is often so busy that you have to go through the drive in.

Great atmosphere- very welcoming and laid back. Any coffee lover would enjoy this quaint coffee shop. The employees are friendly and the music choices are always great! I recommend highly. Also a great study spot.

My favorite coffee shop in Gainesville. The taste is much better than Starbucks's. Love caramel latte here. The service also good and the staff are friendly. There are only drive thru because of the pandemic.
