During the last 6 plus weeks, I've seen polite and warm, welcoming service whenever greeted and I'm pleased by it. I'm also very happy to see the dining room reopen and let us dine in when we want. Very pleased at anytime I come and I really appreciate it. Keep up the great work!

Zaxby’s has delicious chicken. This location does a good job with the quality and timing of your order. Many times there will be long lines, but they still manage to get everyone satisfied pretty fast. They give Chick-fil-A a run for their money!

They are using a new method, much like Chick-fil-A. They have one of their employees outside taking orders and payments so that by the time you get to the window, your food is ready so it is moving much quicker. Food is great, as always and a good value.

This is the worst food I have ever received from Zaxbys, the food was disgusting, the new salad came with one and a 1/2 piece of hard chicken tenders Brown lettuce and the Spring roll was burnt. I asked the lady at the drive-through to double check that my fries are in the bag due to them not putting it in the bag on a previous visit and she assured me it was there. I arrived home to find no fries once again. Very disappointing

Went to this location today and got a Cajun chicken sandwich meal and they forgot the chicken on my sandwich… honestly it was pretty upsetting. This was only my second time trying Zaxby’s (and the first time I was a little put off by the fact that its not entirely clear on their menus that most meals don’t even come with fries) so I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be going back. They aren’t cheap in the first place and I’ve been saving money but decided to treat myself on this fine Sunday and was very hungry, so I’m sure you can imagine how upsetting this all was.

So I have experienced a lot of different Zaxby's. It seems a lot of them are not allowing people inside the building, so that is automatically points off, as almost all other restaurants have inside service. This review is based on two different visits to this location. On both visits, our order was missing extra sauce, that we paid for when we placed the order online. Yes, I know, check the order before leaving, and I did, and I mentioned a sauce, to which they replied "it's prolly under the bread in that one. Sorry I didn't make the order or pack the order." Otherwise, the chicken was decent, a tad bit on the dry side. No other complaints.
