Sweet Jayne's Bakeshop

Sweet Jayne's is the BEST bake shop in Texas. I'm a baker, too, and Sweet Jayne's is where I go to fulfill my craving for sweets! No one, not even Little Debbie herself, can make a better Oatmeal Creme Pie! My hubby and just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and we went to Sweet Jayne's for a wedding cake cupcake and it was perfect! I have much adoration and respect for Carrie and everything she makes. She's puts her heart and soul into every delicious item she offers up and it shows. Thank you, Carrie, for being you!

I just want to say this little bakery has got to be the best bakery in North Texas. My co-workers introduced me to Sweet Jayne’s in 2020 when they brought me one of her home made oatmeal cream pies. OMGosh!! They are so good!!! Since then I have visited there frequently. The Everything biscuit and Spicy Pig are so delicious. On top of the delicious food the employees are genuinely friendly. They always welcome me with a smile. It’s beyond excellent customer service. 💜🧁🥮🍰🍪🥧🍞💜

their house blend coffee was perfect. full of flavor, no cream or sugar needed, though they also had house made vanilla syrup if you wanted some. Had a snickerdoodle and a Chocolate Chip cookie. crunchy on the outside, soft in the center. Staff was friendly as can be. Thanks for being open at 11am (another coffee shop on Main St wasnt). Will stop in whenever we're out that way.

Sweet Jaynes is one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots! Everything is absolutely amazing!! My favorite items currently are the spicy pig with a cold brew coffee and of course the lunch box chicken salad with a lemon bar! I wanted to try something new today, strawberry shortcake, and it did not disappoint!! You can’t go wrong trying anything!! Truly a blessing to have in Gainesville and just the perfect little spot Gainesville has been needing! The staff and owner are so friendly and they always have a smile on their face!! Highly recommend! My family and I are hooked and LOVE this place!!! ❤️

I found out about this place from word of mouth and followed them on Facebook. I am in love. I had tried two types of chicken salad: bacon ranch and honey cranberry. They are both sooo good. Then I tried their oatmeal cream pies. I am in trouble. These things were the best ever! Slightly crunchy outside cookies with chewy centers and delicious icing in the middle. Oh em gee. Little Debbie is a disappointment now. Please try this place, you won’t be disappointed.

There is something magical that happens when you walk into this shop. The smell transports you to the very best memories of fresh baked cookies and sweets you can imagine. Everything here tastes wonderful. I highly recommend the lemon bars. The chocolate chip cookies are phenomenal and each day there is something different or new. Don't miss any of the chicken salads or spicy pimento cheese! Carri is an artist in a true sense. Her staff are as sweet as the treats and love what they do and who they serve.
