I used to love this place but I guess they are running on hard times and cutting corners. We got a hot pastrami and the steakhouse. I always get the steakhouse sandwich and the meat used to be about 1/2 inch thick. Now it's barely one little slice. I mean who makes a sandwich with one slice of deli meat?

Im going to give a very honest review. The banana nut muffin top was good. The egg and cheese sandwiches do not taste good at all and the bagels are not good quality. The eggs tasted like they were put in a dunkin donuts microwave. I could of got a better egg sandwich from a school cafeteria. Will definitely be going to waffle house next time for breakfast. I payed about $17.00 for 2 drinks, a muffin top, and an egg & cheese sandwich.

Ordered UberEATS and this pictures of the food look and sounded so delish. I was sooo excited I found a new place to buy good food (my first time ever eating here). But this changed when I got my food. Pasta salad and potatoes are not what they should taste like🤢 I love sour I eat vinegar chips and put a lime in soup but no pasta salad should be that sour sheesh I'm starting to think maybe it was spoiled cause it was so sour and customers are saying they are cutting corners? The chicken pesto panini was also disappointing it had only one tiny piece of tomato and the chicken don't taste right I think it's old and or overcooked. The sausage didn't look like it was cooked all the way? Or maybe they steamed it cause it was really weirdly soft and moist-like. I honestly thought this food was going to be really good and I was surprised that it came out not tasting good🤢 my Mac and cheese however was really good! Gooey smooth gentle white cheddar cheese! The potatoes were soggy and had no taste I don't even think it had one salt on it.😳 This was a waste of 18$ I also didn't receive my sweet tea💔😪 At least someone is replying here showing they care but I don't know if they will actually implement customers constructive criticism or just reply to our feedback. Anyway at least I got my tea refunded

Third person back in the line and it took 20 minutes to get to the register. Then had to wait over 20 minutes to get the 2 breakfast sandwiches we ordered. Bread was hard as a rock and egg was way overcooked. Food was all but inedible. Lousy food, lousy service and it cost us over $14. That's with just one drink. Will never even entertain the thought of eating here again.
