They’ve been out of everything for over a year now. Staff is rude. Service is slow. Ordered a sundae today against my better judgment only to be given a small cup full of nothing but whipped cream. Don’t waste your time or money.

No clue how they stay in business. Tried to order a sundae but they had so fudge or caramel. Basically we could have icecream with whip cream. Another time ordered chocolate peanut butter icecream and the guy gave us peanut butter cup with white icecream. He said... well we don't have chocolate peanut butter icecream but peanut butter cups is basically the same thing. What the hell. This place is a joke.

This location consistently has little or no ice cream. The last to times I went to get ice cream there they have been down to 2-4 odd ball flavors. All of my other visits they have been out of many flavors. I could understand if it was a one time occurrence but it appears to be the norm. If you have your heart set on getting ice cream you are better off to try somewhere else because the likelihood of disappointment is high here. The only positive is the staff is normally friendly and apologetic about the situation which is out of their control.

We just got here and the door are closed, we thought maybe they are not doing dine in right now and we decided to use the drive thru, but nobody showed up. There were 2 employees inside and they looked at us and decided to ignore us. They didn’t take the time to tell us if it was closed or not.

Numerous times we've been there an they are not stocked .. have basic flavors I could get anywhere else... An this is supposed to be speciality ice cream 31 flavors ...
Was told today 10-9-2020 that they were closed on the baskin side for cleaning. 😠🤬 This location can take a hike.

Yummy Ice Cream! All staff were wearing masks and very friendly! Bit of a wait though considering we were the only people in the store, but I contributed that to the extremely busy drive through.

No ice cream other that Icy Daiquiri? Wth? How can you even afford to have this place open with little to no sales. Employee there is pretty much pitching a tent and apologizing each time a customer rolls up. Lame

they say they are open unril 10pm on their website, we were there at 9pm and it was closed! they do not even deserve 1 star!
