Burger King

I visited this restaurant and placed an order through drive through. A double whopper with cheese meal. Well, the sandwich did not taste BK at all. The burgers were dry, hardly no mayo on it, tomatoes were stacked on top of each other, and only two little pieces of onion. I have never had a whopper which didn't taste like one until this visit. To the Managers: if you don't have the supplies, don't try to improvise. BK has a certain reputable taste customers expect and anything less, is just not BK. Customer satisfaction should be your #1 priority, not the sale... No, I do not recommend!!!

To begin, I'll say the sweet tea was amazing and the drive thru worker had a good attitude. Unfortunately, that's the only nice thing I can say. I bought my husband lunch this past Sunday and I ordered him a whopper meal with cheese and Dr pepper but was informed they only had sweet tea. Didn't mind it so much as I can stop somewhere else and grab him a soda so I went on about my day. When he opened his burger, to remove the pickles we saw that there was no cheese and all of the veggies were old and soggy. The tomatoes actually had mold on them. So he settled for just his fries but they were cold so he just gave up and dipped his Dr pepper. This was a terrible experience and we are not going to EVER visit this location again. And I don't know when we will ever have a hankering for a whopper. Shame on you burger king!

Bad experience, person that was taking orders was rude, including the person in front of me. When I drove up to the window it wasn't better. They were in a group and not paying attention to the customer. Gave me a price, I gave them the payment and they gave me a receipt. About 2 minutes later, the window open they shoved the bag at me. At no time was any acknowledgment given. Even after I said goodeveing when I drove up and have a nice night before I left.

Worst BK I have ever visited. This was my 1st and last visit. The workers are rude and act as if you are bothering them by placing an order. Then, they gave me old food…mozzarella sticks should not be BROWNISH-YELLOW inside. The slush had white residue on top that they claimed was just ice…it did not melt when rubbed between my fingers. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Unless of course you want food poisoning.

They tried to charge me more than the menu price! They said the prices in the system are more than what’s on the menu. False advertisement!!! I canceled me order bc the worker would not change the price to what’s advertised. This BK needs to be shut down or a entire new crew hired and corporate needs to be held responsible for the false advertising!
