Sonic Drive-in

Good food if you have time to wait. Have never been very fast here at this location. Maybe if you just want drinks and it's a off beat time. But come in on a rush hour and probably going to be 45 min for your food. No joke! I have left the parking lot before because it was over 15 min before they even took my order.

Worst Sonic Blast I've ever consumed. I love ice cream, but I couldn't even finish this--because it wasn't really ice cream. An enormous amount of what seemed to be whipped cream had been blended in with the "ice cream," presumably to save money, and I hadn't even requested any as a topping. An hour later it still hadn't melted very much, because it was basically buttercream frosting. Using cheap substitutions to save money is not the way to keep loyal customers. Better to raise your prices while using higher quality ingredients, and just be honest with your patrons. Friendly service isn't enough if the food is inedible.

So the food is really good, best ice cream place in town. But it's easily the slowest place I've ever been to. You will wait for over 20 minutes before they even talk to you though the speaker, and in that amount of time you'll see other people get frustrated and leave. And this wasn't even during busy hours. They're just notoriously slow. Been that way for years now.

Absolutely the worst sonic I have ever been to! Ordered 4 drinks and took over 15 minutes to get those brought out. Then after getting them 1 was wrong, so pushed the stall button only to be ignored the entire time for over 10 minutes. Their phone line seems to be disconnected or someone has the phone off the hook so no one can call. Either way, no place of business especially a fast food place should treat customers with such disrespect. A complaint has been made with headquarters so hopefully something gets done about it.

Worst sonic experience ever. The guy taking my order was a complete idiot. I had ordered 2 burgers 2 drinks and a fry. They only rang up one burger and when the bag came out they told me I would have to order again because the 2nd burger was missing. Plus, there were tots in the bag and not fries. I had to send it back. Plus only brought 1 straw for 2 drinks. I don't know what is wrong with this sonic, but either hearing aids or better training is in order. I am deeply disappointed in my experience here.
