Employees were very rude. I understood they were getting ready to close but there were people still inside and they wouldn't even make a milkshake for my daughter cause they didn't want to have to wash the blender again. Then asking for napkins cause they were out was like a big inconvenience. Then as they wipe up something off the counter it gets flung on my wife and their comment was we are gonna be mopping shortly so it's ok.

This to towards management and owner not towards the employees. The employees have excellent customer service, and it is clear they don't have the staff they need inorder to effective work properly. HOWEVER, you as management should get fired. You aren't training your employees properly to take cake order let one make the cake. Employees clearly need a raise and better training. The cake a received for $40 was a complete abomination! It was so horrid I went to Walmart and purchased another cake. I contacted corporate so hopefully your location will be making changes soon. Note to other customers. No, I didn't receive my money back. Do not invest until they have corrected their issues. THIS IS WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE LOOKED LIKE. Edit: I had a nice conversation with the owner about improvements for that location. She was very polite and kind. I also received money back for the situation.

Don’t bother EVER ordering from them on GrubHub….One of two things will happen…1-You will place your order and within 5 min be told it has been cancelled for any variety of reasons (Has stopped taking orders, is “closed” when it isn’t or is “too busy to fulfill the order”) OR 2-you will wait 2 hours THEN be told your order is cancelled because the location is now closed. We have had our last FIVE ORDERS cancelled….GET IT TOGETHER COLD STONE!!!!! Not everyone wants to get in the car & stand in your cramped, freezing lobby to get a decent cup of ice cream anymore.
