Michael's Pizza

We ordered 5 pizzas, cinnamon twist, and lava cakes. 1 out of 5 pizzas was made wrong. When called to ask for it to be fixed the manager Edwin refused to fix it because he said he made it so it was done right. We wanted light sauce and extra pepperoni.. this is not what we got!! He said to bring it in a prove it was wrong. This is poor business ethics for a business and a manager. Will be getting ahold of corporate and his district manager.

I ordered my food for delivery and I was very satisfied with the speed and quality of my food. I highly recommend trying the handmade pan crust! Pictured here it is topped with Alfredo sauce, Philly steak, and onions! This is one of my all time favorite pizzas! I also highly recommend the lava cakes! The cake is fluffy and the chocolate lava inside is rich and decadent!

After waiting an hour for our delivery I had to call THEM to find out where our order was. It still has not been made. I’ve never been inclined to do a rating before for food delivery but AN HOUR? And it’s still not even cooking? Wow. Last time they delivered they didn’t ring the bell so it sat outside for 30 minutes before we thought to look. I guess I should have learned my lesson.

I normally enjoying getting pizza from here but only if I pick it up. Every single time without a doubt when I order delivery my order is wrong or I get someone else's delivery order. Today my delivery order was not only past the estimated time but also wrong. One pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and sausage, then the other half just cheese. It showed up with half pepperoni on one side, with half sausage on the other side but with no cheese. Like the half the pizza that had the sausage had no cheese. And I ordered bread twists and there where only 7 in the box..... literally every single time I order delivery some how

If you order a mango habanero sandwich make sure you get the sauce on it or you will have to drive back to get another one made. Instead of a driver or manager delivering it (quick fix right) no, "If we do that we would have to charge a delivery fee". Still waiting on the manager to call... 2 weeks later. "Well if there is a problem you can call 1800 dominos..." Pft! It's fast food not rocket science, $15 per hour. Why?
