Berry Bear

I don’t really know what to rate it but they have a lot of issues. They have some issues with their froyo. There are more non working ones then there was working. And the ones that were working wouldn’t come out and we had to try like 10 times to get it to actually work. And I heard one of the employees making fun of another lady for “looking like someone from stranger things” and that with me is not acceptable. And about the chalk, there was not even any chalk sticks available. And on top of that there was loose dirt on the floor. The ice cream tasted good but everything else is absolutely horrible. Overall it was horrible service and I will NOT be back. Update - I did return did take out much better service!

I love the concept of this place it's very adorable and it's also kid friendly but also for adults. I love that you could sit outside or dine in and enjoy your ice cream as your little one place with chalk on the chalkboard it's humongous. Even the adults play with the chalk on the chalkboard brings memories. I absolutely love the fact that you can sample any flavor that you want they give you sample cups. And also they alternate flavors regularly so you don't get stuck with the same thing every time you visit it's mouth watering toppings bar really takes the cake with visiting this place and makes it extra fun and very special with your family highly recommend this place ❤️👏

It was my first time visiting Berry Bear and it was very enjoyable! Right as we entered Cole had such a pleasant greeting and walked us through the process. My daughter made such a mess, which I told him I was going to clean up, but he told me to not worry about that and to just worry about which flavor and toppings I was going to pick😂! He even asked my daughter what movie she wanted to watch. He made our experience very enjoyable and we will definitely come back!

The place has a wide variety of choices! What I love the amount of choices and options you have to get creative. The staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to flavors. They have a huge chalk wall and a movie that is played, plus free WiFi. I highly recommend it. Just be careful with how much you put in your cup, it is done by weight.

The variety of flavors and rich, creamy taste are outstanding. They place complimentary flavors side-by-side in the soft serve machines so I was able to mix the mint chocolate chip and triple chocolate flavors together. The toppings are well tended and fresh. I added some brownie bits, graham cereal, and hot fudge for a nice, bring-on-summer-time treat!
