The River's Edge

Had to try it again and it was a major improvement!! Heather was our waitress and a huge congratulations to her, as we were one of her last tables as a waitress, as tomorrow she goes into management!! My hubby had chicken Alfredo and when he cut into it, well it wasn't finished cooking!! Heather was such a champ about it and took it back to get it cooked more. The pretzel was really good as were my boneless chicken wings. Then Heather comped my hubby the meal which we did not ask for or expect. Overall so much better than the last visit which was so horrible!! I'm glad we gave it another chance!!

The location and the place is great. The food is okay and the thin crust pizzas were great. Salmon dill was fishy, didn’t quite like it. The margaritas, no options to make it blended. I like how they took off our son’s kids meal off the check because she forgot to put the order in. At least that. We can’t see ourselves coming there if the place is crowded because some of the chairs and tables are close to the trash can. The waitresses were nice.

Today the weather was somewhat inclement causing most of the staff to call out or not show up. There where two young men running the entire restaurant. One in particular was the host, bartender and waitress he was VERY kind and kept apologizing. He went over and beyond to try and take care of each guest that dined in today. His kindness deserves a raise and or promotion he definitely cared about his job and his patrons !!!!!

This place was beautiful. We sat outside and had a great view of the sunset. Parking was great because their lot is huge. Prices weren’t bad, similar to other restaurants in the area. The staff/service was great and our food came out pretty fast. The food overall was good don’t get me wrong, but it didn’t have that WOW-factor for me. I would go here again

Worst brunch EVER. Barely any food. They ran out of food. It was burned, McDonald's was better. The manager was so rude when I explained what was wrong, he replied, would you like to leave! Never in my life have I had such awful food and ignorance. The plus side was our waitress Reagan was awesome and so was the bartender. The general manager isn't fit to work at McDonald's. He is the worst person I've ever spoken too. Incompetent, and an embarrassment to the country club. Negative 5 stars. DO NOT EAT HERE. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT!🤮🤮🤮

We had the gluten free chicken garlic pizza and it was phenomenal. Great coloring on the crust with a nice crunch! Burger was very well seasoned and flavorful with good hearty bacon on top! So good dipped in BBQ sauce! As well,not pictured is there Philly chips! Philly steak with onion peppers and cheese. My wife wanted to try their beer cheese so she substituted that on top and it was great.. great crisp on the chips, lively color on the veggies and the beer cheese was damn good..wished we got the pretzel now to go with it! We will definitely be back!
