Burger King

I ordered through delivery and when we got out food my boyfriends sandwich had white mold on the bread. We took it up to the Burger King with the receipt asking for a refund just for the one sandwich bc he did not want anything there from them at all now after seeing that. As I spoke to the manager she proceeded to show me a log of bread with black spots and started to explain I quickly stopped her politely and informed her so, ma’am no this bread has white mold, here you can see, and I handed her the sandwich, which she then proceeded to tell me it’s not mold and that their bread is taken out freshly every day and that I could not get a refund but only a replacement.

Will never eat here again my son went through the drive through tonight and the “lady “ take the order said we don’t have any “fried foods” so my son asked so your not making any burgers then she yelled through the voice box and said “no fried food honey!” Call the manager and the manager and the lady both denied that it happened. And then hung up! Don’t waste your time or money with this place go somewhere else and get a good burger. This restaurant has gone downhill fast over the years

Hadn't been here in years as I don't live in the Sango area anymore. Looks recently remodeled. Turned out nice. Dining area is clean! Not crowded this Wednesday. Just like the old days--"have it your way." And I did! Good bacon cheeseburger without ketchup or mayonnaise. Good parking and easy exit--so long as you make a right turn onto Madison Street.

Should have known that when we rolled up to the speaker and heard “welcome to O’reilleys auto parts” that this was about to be interesting. This place is really dirty on the inside, the food was so bad that we didn’t eat it. Chicken nuggets were cold and tasted like cardboard, fries old and grease logged. I worked at Burger King as a teen and never have I seen one so dang dirty and mismanaged.

This place is horrible with extremely rude customer service.. they’re very short staffed due to horrible management skills. The manager seems as if she doesn’t wanna work there. If this place had better managers with good communication skills they would get more business. But if the same group of people continue to work there, the owner will definitely go out of business soon.

If you want to be spoken to with F—bombs because you politely let them know THEY forgot the fries, then this is your place. It starts with her wanting me to pass the bag back through the window. Which we all know is never done- food comes out the window. Drive up food windows won't even let you pass the drink tray back, but this girl wants my food back- for what? To look in the bag herself? as if I would lie about fries. No, I did not pass the bag back into the window. I just silently looked at her. Suddenly she realized she had not given us our fries, and she stated just that, to us. Probably because there were none cooked. So we sat with the rest of our food getting cold as she cooked the fries. (And now the finale). She passes the bag of fries through the window to me without a word. Just a glare. I take the bag and silently sit there staring at her, thinking "not even a have a good night" or "sorry for the wait", just nothing. Until she sees I am still looking at her in disbelief of her rudeness. So she opens the window and rudely says "WHAT?" I calmly explained that I can't believe she just handed me the bag, without even a "have a good night". She bursts out "over fries? You are made over F$&@ing fries??" I was shocked. Never once did I say or act like I was mad---- until now. And that's exactly what I told her. "I was never mad over the fries, but NOW I am furious, and you are going to wish you were a kinder person !!" Now I know why there is never a car in the parking lot, and tonight was no different. Now, I see the other reviews where people want to give this restaurant minus stars, and I absolutely know why. We all make mistakes, but to be cussed at because the worker forgot to put the fries I paid for, in my bag, should be a sign to BURGER KING that she needs to go.(out the door and not come back) Remember the Burger King jingle ..."special orders don't upset us.." Can you imagine what she might do?? So my recommendation is to stay away. Maybe try the Arby's or Sonic near by, and just leave Burger King to hiring workers who think it's ok to cuss at you with F-- bombs.

This place is disgusting, tables were dirty, floors were dirty, drink machine didn't work, service was horrible. The standards of management and employees are very low. One of the line cooks came in from break and didn't wash his hands. When we mentioned the lobby being dirty we were given the excuse that the person was on break... this was at 2:52pm Friday Mar 12, 2021

On 5/21/22 I went to BK on Madison St., Clarksville, TN The staff was attentive and courteous! My food was served hot and to order. However, the interior of the store was filthy! In front of the counter, there was a considerable amount of trash on the floor. In the food staging area, there were fried spilled all over the area and the floor and just left. Very few tables were clean. Customers were walking all over the store looking for a clean table. Don't think they actually found one, but settled for the least dirty ones. The worst of the worst part was near the drink machine! The adjacent counter was also filthy with spilled liquid. There was food droppings there and in the middle of that mess was a large dead bug! Disgusting! Yes, I do have photos! I am embarrassed that I actually stayed and ate there!
