Store is ran by teenagers in the evening who don't care about their jobs or the store. Your sandwich is sloppily made. They complain about online orders that come in, very loudly. They gossip openly while making your food. Dining room is usually disgusting. An adult definitely needs to be here to supervise these kids and teach them how to handle a job seriously.

DON'T DO IT! I wish I read the reviews before coming! This place has ONE STAR on Yelp! The employees are SO RUDE, they made the sandwiches very sloppily and literally putting 3 pieces of each vegetable, you have to say "extra" THREE times to get a normal amount. Then we get to the register, the cashier is incredibly rude, refuses to scan our QR code coupon, and then when we give her a physical coupon she proceeds to RUDELY claim our order does not qualify when we have made the EXACT SAME order before with our coupon with no issues!! This was seriously the worst customer service I have ever received and I will never come back, and I WILL be calling corporate about this experience!

I don’t recommend eating at this location. The general manager or owner is very incompetent and rude. The salad that I ordered on Monday had fake spinach or some type of particles that resembled spinach. Today I had a broken piece of the black chop bowl that resembled an olive. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a heads up to make sure they pay particular attention when making people's food orders, that they aren’t accidentally putting non-food items on the salad. However, the younger employees would always respond, “what else would you like on your sandwich,” as if what I am saying has no relevance. I spoke with one manager and she apologized but did not rectify the situation. The owner refunded me but was rude and unfriendly. I guess customer services isn’t a required skill set anymore. Although this location is two minutes from my home, I will no longer support this subway because they serve fake food to their customers.
