STAY AWAY. If I could give 0 stars I would. The incompetence and lack of professionalism at this Dunkin’ is the quintessential example of why this company is losing customers. They messed up my order 5 times in the last 30 days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt enough times, now it’s time for this review and a complaint to corporate. It’s a shame when you ask for a minor modification to a drink and the staff is totally oblivious or don’t care to acknowledge you’re requests. DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ORDER is MANDATORY here. You’ve been warned do not give them your money.

Employees don't care much for cleanliness or attentiveness. Witnessed one drop a coffee cup, pick it up, scoop ice with it (sticking it into the ice bucket instead of using a ice scoop) and serve it to a customer. How hard is it to get a new cup? They also don't give you your receipt unless you stand there pointedly, and then they'll huff at you for holding up the line and give it over. That's a problem, especially when they get orders wrong so often.
