Well, I actually teared up mid service because of the mind blowing flavour burst in my mouth following the eggs with truffles and Parmesan foam...everything was spot on. Every single course (8) was beyond excellent, flavoursome, just incredible...the service so so perfect and kind, the price A LOT LESS than expected (149euros for the menu, plus dessert and an extra glass of wine, 40euro bottle of delicious wine included). Absolutely gobsmacked, such talent in that kitchen. I will remember the experience all my life, food will never taste the same again...it's so good when such amazing chefs can make it possible for people to experience their creativity. This was the single finest dining experience of my 49 year existence. It truly was a seminal moment that will linger on in my memory until I breath my last. While I did not tear up, I certainly could have.
The service, food, and wine were impeccable. Things I never would have thought possible from a culinary standpoint, were proven not only possible, but executed with perfection. Rabbit ribs, yes that's right rabbit ribs, single ribs, fried to perfection served with an immaculate aoli! The gargollasa wine, from a vine nearing extinction, was magnificent. The scallops, I had no idea they could rendered with such perfection as to make God himself say "wow"!
Do yourself a favor go, pay whatever they want, just go!!
