Capital One Cafe

I was expecting the usual cranky Massholes / poor customer service when I went in this place. The guys working at Peet's really surprised me. And some nice guy working for Cap One was extremely friendly, and even gave me some good advice for things to do in the area.. I spent a few hours checking emails there. Good wifi, nice big Whole Foods next door. Would definitely recommend. Very pleasant experience. Thanks Cap One.

Jasmine, the manager at capitol one cafe; completely saved my day from total turmoil. I literally cannot explain the horrendous day I was having all the way up until I walked through the doors at 310 Harrison Avenue, Boston. She showed me true kindness that I havent been quite used to lately. When I say, it was in the top 3 of worse days ever; it truly was. Thanks to Jasmine and the kind barista making my frozen frappe; I was able to leave all my bad feelings at the door and ready to be treated like an actual human being. saying "I needed this experience" is the complete understatement of the century.

I went by the ATM and was given a side eye and attitude from one of the ambassadors. After saying hi to a barista (shout out to the baristas) I went to pull some cash out for my manicure. By the time I start punching in my information the same employee who rolled their eyes at me asked if there was a problem because she assumed I was giving her a problem. I, suprised, asked her if there was. I then asked for a customer service line because I didn't deserve an attitude from an employee. She then ranted back and grabbed her manager who then continued to tell ME I needed to calm down. I asked for a customer service line and was told to call the number on my bank card, all while other customers were walking in. I called the number and was told I needed to watch my language, as if I don't have the right to be mad for being harassed unprofessionally by a manager and staff who obviously don't understand customer service. I was told I'd hear back in 30 days... aka I won't get a call back because of my valid frustration.

I always have the best experience at Capital One Cafe's. I constantly get assistance when I need it, and can get advice that doesn't feel overbearing or unwanted. It's nice to be able to walk into my bank everyday, grab a coffee, and work on all of my banking needs. Ambassadors are always incredibly friendly, and try their best to make sure all their customers feel like family.

Customer service here puts every other bank to shame!!! The very help and kind host working we fast to greet me kindly, sit me down to help me and even treated me to a hot drink! A awesome man names Ain helped me, had a ton of energy, just his attitude is what standards should be all the time! Fantastic, if your not a part of Capital One JOIN. The service itself is next level OP! Visit the one on Harrison Ave, you won't be disappointed!!
