Here for work, missed lunch traveling, was at the bar/restaurant right at open at 4 for just a quick bite. Ordered the lobster roll (when in Rome, right) and it came loaded with both lobster and a huge side of fries. Wasn’t expecting all of that, left fries even. Lobster could have used a pinch of salt but no complaints really.

Do not get the maple old fashioned! It's an insult to old fashioneds. Everything else I had was great. The bartenders were great.
Seriously, though, that thing needs to be removed from the menu.

Visited the place for a quick dinner as it was raining outside and we didn't want to go out. The menue offers choices of starters, salad, breads, sandwiches, main dishes. We were served by a very friendly staff - Jake, as Jake tried to accommodate our choices and preferences. Other staff members were also pretty friendly. We received great services at Birch Bar.

I had the fried calamari, it was very good. Soft and not chewy!
My friend had the flat bread, it wasn't very good.
Later I got the fish and chips which was good too.

Cute lobby restaurant in the Westin Hotel. The prices are steep, but that is expected for hotel restaurant and bars. The food is good and the service is great! The salads are good but adding protein is an additional $12-$18.
The wings are great and the portion size is generous. The soft pretzel appetizer was good as well.

Get the lobster poutine! You wouldn’t be disappointed. Our server was amazing and gave us great recommendations for dessert options in the area. Whisky sour and French 75 were great. Relaxed and chill vibe.

The fish and chips were excellent, with seasoned fries that were delicious. The clam chowder was very good, and would have been phenomenal if they had just added more clams! More clams please! It can get very busy though; heads up,

Great place to meet for a drink or have a "small plate" with friends. The Birch Bar is inside the Westin Hotel which is next to the Boston Convention Center. Always a good place to meet after 8 hours in the convention hall to meet with associates to review the activities in your booth. Worth the trip!
