So, went into the store last week around 9-10 pm for something to snack on. Opted for a fountain drink which I normally don't do.
I got the Replenish and a cup full of fruit flies directly from the fountain! Upon advising the manager who was standing there he stated that they were going up into the machine but did not shut it down or anything knowing its full of them.
I'm good and will stick with bottled drinks. Not so sure about this 7-11.

When I go to the Quincy and Memphis location the employees are always happy to help you. The store is clean and stocked with most items.

Female Uber driver. Bathroom not for use. Can't support a facility like this. I was going to buy gas at this location, then was denied use of their restroom. So canceled that.

Every time I have come into this location I have always had the pleasure of having Devon as the cashier. He is evidently personally motivated and it shows! Always making sure he's doing something instead of just standing around watching the clock. He provides top notch customer service and makes sure every customer leaves satisfied. I have enjoyed every trip I have made to this 7-Eleven and I will continue to return!

I just wanted to say as a Veteran it has been disappointing that after nearly 10 years and multiple managers telling me that Southland Corp/7-11 policy has been free coffee/sodas to see that policy come to an end under new management.... beginning with a very rude and abrasive “Fill-In Manager”, I wish I could remember his name.... but even the new permanent manager has been very against the idea of Veterans/Military/Law Enforcement/Fire/Paramedics getting the service they became accustomed to for nearly a decade.
ON A BRIGHT NOTE THOUGH I HAVE TO SAY THAT APRIL ON THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHIFT IS A TRUE DELIGHT!! FRIENDLY AND SWEET, ATTENTIVE AND CARING.. THESE ARE THE SORT OF PEOPLE THAT YOU PROMOTE AND GIVE RAISES TO... SHE ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND AND IS A TREASURE!!!

I’m currently a traveling chef down on my luck at the moment and I'm living out of my car. So when I’m not working or at a gym to get my workout and showers; I try to save money and buy the essentials. 7/11 offers all the essentials clean restrooms, fresh quick food, nice staff and gas to keep traveling and get to work. This 7/11 has made the top three locations (since this is my first experience lol honesty) the attendants were friendly. The restroom was clean and the the part I pay attention to only because it’s what I do is the food. The staff were even training and properly handling food. I can say everything was fresh at tempt and fully stocked. I might have caught them on a stock day but they still deserve it jobs get done right at this 7/11.

It's a 7-11, keep your expectations in check. They have what most other 7-11s have, except kombucha. Please get at least one kombucha brand/type in stock here and I'll gladly bump to 5 stars, and buy you out of it weekly even if I'm the only one 🌟

They NEVER have toilet paper in the bathroom. When I bring it up to a staff member it is just shrugged off. NOW they don't have soap or even running water!! Who's is charge?
