Taco Bell

I don’t crave Taco Bell very often, but when I do- I don’t usually come away dissatisfied. Taco Bell has fast food Mexican down to a science. I bought the Deluxe cravings box- which consisted of Steak chalupa supreme- Nacho cheese Doritos taco- Beefy 5 layer burrito and chips & nacho cheese sauce. All of these items were hot, fresh and delicious.

Place is ran by adults with the combined brain power of 4 year old (and thats generous) the lady that took my order was rude, then i dont get a straw, and this is the "crunch" wrap i recieve... so i called to try and call to let someone know they have a quality controll problem and my phone call gets ignored 37 times in a row. There is a reason your a bunch of grown adults, that still work at taco bell. Useless wastes of space. I cant wait till yalls job gets replaced by robots. Hopefully then i can get a cruch wrap that doesnt have erectile disfunction.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. My boyfriend went to go pick up a doordash order for us and the inside was locked and one of the staff members unlocked it opened it and told him that the inside was locked. My boyfriends said "It's a doordash pickup and I don't have my car" the staff member told him to walk through the drive thru line without a car and wait to get it in the pouring rain when they could've just as easily walked their lazybutt back in and grabbed the order. And when I tried to call no one answered the phone. Ridiculous.

I order tacos without tomatoes and still received tomatoes on them, so I took them back to get ones without tomatoes. They ended up giving me something completely different than what I ordered and it still had tomatoes on it. I was completely confused on what happened with just taking off the tomatoes. So I just said forget it. I was also missing my chalupa, but instead they placed a doritoes taco in the deluxe box. When I took my burrito back that had tomatoes on it I also informed them I was missing a chalupa. They gave me a chalupa that was soggy and cold. I was so angry about this experience with taco bell. I could not believe that the staff was so careless this night or maybe the didn't care because it was the end of the night which is still unacceptable.
