They still don't improve their wrapping skills and the toppings are not evenly spread on the burrito. The red sauce is EXTREMELY spicy they are not doing it right I love spicy and this location is ridiculous. It's so spicy you can't taste anything else I couldn't even finish my food because it burn my tongue!!! Get your recipes measured right. Not coming here for a long time better stop at Qdoba same thing :/

Chips were stale and burrito was not good and barely wrapped. Sign on the door said masks required but 2 workers wore either chin or mouth guards. Some customers didn't wear a mask. At least employees should be wearing a mask with a sign on the door. Pic shows mouth guard guy but the guy you can't see next to him had a chin guard. Chipotle, Just make a decision and do it. Food is normally excellent, bad day?

Go to Qdoba! Chipotle makes you pay $2.50 extra for guacamole and extra for queso too?? We paid $32.00 for two burrito bowls and some chips and queso. Ridiculous. Plus, Qdoba is better quality anyways.

Didn't know it was that hard to read the label you printed off and placed on my meal. Clearly it doesn't state guacamole or corn but yall did it anyways. Extremely disappointed in the service provided and no refund has been issued. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless in person to babysitt every worker as they make your food. Didn't know I needed to babysitt in order to get my meal correct.

I’ve ordered 4x from this location and every single time the rice is never cooked. The first time I knew it was during a busy time so I let it go. The 2nd time was when Covid just started so I gave it grace. 3rd was random time but it was local and they weren’t apologetic when I called about it at all. Today was the last time. I’ll go to a different store from now on.

If you are going to advertise and promote a new product, you would think that you will be better prepared for the high demands and have enough backup to meet that demand. Having to wait 10 minutes to finally get served and then to be told that it will take 15 minutes to replenish said item was ludicrous so we gladly went to Qdoba. Good luck on your new promotion.

Very disappointed...walked in and first thing I noticed was every single table was dirty...left over food on tables and floor. Employees on the service line not even paying attention to customers because they were to busy joking with each other. Then to top it off, a large group of students walked in and the response from your employees was horrible...they all were making faces and one guy even yelled out "no mames wey"...how unprofessional is that. You all need to train your employees how to be and act professional when having to deal with customer's...truly disappointed. I can say that the only employee that was polite was the cashier.
