Standard Pizza Co.

We were visiting Asheville for our honeymoon and got into town late on a Wednesday evening so there wasn’t too much open. We decided to try standard pizza co and I am so so happy we did! It’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and we even went back in the same trip for more! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting from out of town!

I have eaten at many pizza places, so I did not expect to be blown away by this place. Also, their name is "standard" pizza co. They should probably change that... The pizza was amazing! The crust was the perfect consistency - not too doughy, not too hard. The sauce was delicious. There was a perfect amount of toppings. The staff was very nice. The price is a little higher than chain pizza places, but definitely worth it. We paid roughly $60 for two 16in. pizzas (one with 4 kinds of meat and one with just cheese). I should have taken a picture, but the pizza was long gone by the time I thought about it.

Visiting from out of town and this place was close to our hotel. Definitely in the top 10 pizza restaurants we have eaten in the world. Outstanding, crisp thin crust pizza. Calzone was delicious. They use really high quality mozzarella amd their pizza sauce is excellent. We came here both of our nights in town. Highly recommend!

Great pizza and breadsticks! The marinara sauce for the breadsticks was the best we've ever had! We liked ordering at the counter, self serving our drinks, and then they brought our pizza instead of waiting around for a server for everything, which in this economy can be in short supply. While we waited, we enjoyed playing the available games. That was much welcomed for our kids 16, 13, and 8 after a day at the Biltmore. We ordered a Greek pizza and a white pizza that were fantastic. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Absolutely yummy pizza! It even reheats perfectly! I had the Greek and was simply delicious. Hubby had the supreme. Fresh red pepper and oregano on the table. I repeat fresh! Beer on menu. Games for you and the kids to play too. Seating is spread out which is nice. They also have outdoor seating. This was marked as a fave for pizza!

Food was great! We each got a slice of pizza, and then bread sticks to share. The pizza slices are SO huge, and for only $2.50, you definitely get your money's worth. The bread sticks were delicious, and the sauce that came with was amazing. Staff were friendly and willing to help. The guy who brought us our food quickly got us silverware when we asked him. He also brought us extra plates so that we could split the bread sticks easier. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was such a fun, hippie, vibe. The decor and games added to the environment. Loved how the walls were painted!
