O' Charley's

The food is hot and plenty of it. Staff is friendly. The place was not busy. They need to have a sign at the end of the road that says we are open. Was told since the pandemic they have not been busy. Lots of help but no business. The women's bathroom was not that clean. Parking lot was clean and plenty of spaces to park.

We visited on Saturday 2/19/2022. We were seated immediately and our waitress was POINT ON! Her name was Autumn and I cannot say enough positives about her attention to detail and service. She took our order, repeated it back to make sure she had everything correct, checked on us often, kept glasses filled, and overall created a perfect dining experience for us. Our meal was awesome! Cooked perfectly and served with an appeal that was inviting to dig in and enjoy. It’s service like what we had today that inspires me to come back again and again. Many thanks to Autumn and her excellent customer service skills and the kitchen staff who prepared our meals.

I had the best experience! My server brittany was hands down the best. She had the best attitude and very attentive to me and my wife! My steak and chicken tenders were amazing, my wife got the bacon cheddar burger everything was cooked just how we requested! Definitely will come back again thanks to our service

Slow night on a Monday. Almost empty. Sat near the bar. Bartender (Fayth) was very helpful and made suggestions to help us decide. We decided on a full rack of baby back ribs (should have just gotten the half) and the Steak and Tenders combo. Salads and appetizer came out quickly and seemed fresh. Drinks were kept full and entrees followed shortly. Rolls were hot and plentiful. Ribs were very tender and had a great flavor. Steak was good and chicken tenders were also very good. Overall, it made us glad that we chose to dine here. Would definitely come back and sit in Fayth's section again.

It was OK. The waitress was new and learning the menu and was very nice. My boyfriend had the club. And he enjoyed it. I had the southwest chicken tender salad. I enjoyed it. There was a couple of bad tomatoes bits in there and the letter wasn't the freshest, but once I picked them out. I actually enjoyed it. And the honey mustard is handmade I think. It's not too sweet and mayo-y.
