Masa Sushi

Went to dinner with my husband. We were the only people in the restaurant and it's a Friday. I believe they do a good take out business, though. The service was good but the food left a lot to be desired. The miso soup was very watery. And the servings of sushi and sashimi were undersized. The decorations on the plates were pretty with lights.... but I would have rather they put more effort into the food. No wine or saki... bring your own.

Just got dashlane delivery spent 70.00 and our Sushi was missing ingredients that were listed on the menu, for the food being as expensive as it is it's very upsetting that it was made wrong. We buy food like this as an experience which makes it okay that the portions are so small for the cost but that means when something isn't done right it sticks out. Counter to response, the price isn't an issue as long as the food it made properly, and i was only charged 10.00 for the delivery, my issue is if you are going to charge that much don't mess it up

Horrible place. Avoid at all costs. Worst service I ever had. Waited 30 min for drinks and 1.5 hrs for sushi. Sushi rolls were small and had the tiniest amount of fish I’ve ever seen. On top that they were missing ingredients listed on the menu. For the price of this meal I could have gotten groceries for a week. Never again.

I got the ramen noodle soup with tofu. Came out cold. The tofu was supposed to be steamed but it was like 40F from the fridge. No veggies. Just tasteless dishwater looking soup with spaghetti noodles. Not impressed. Also got the shrimp tempura bento box. The shrimp looked and tasted like it was from a box in the freezer. No panko crumbs. Breaded like you would get at a bad diner. And to top it all off the food was overpriced.

The most underwhelming and tasteless meal I’ve had in awhile and my bill was over $100. The item that disappoints me the most was the buckwheat udon soup with beef and vegetables. Chicken noodle base soup with 3 carrot slivers and store bought dry noodles that were in the soup and completely soggy for $16.25?!?! Sushi was no better. Salmon roe was not very good. Waited a very long time over 2 hours, I know it was Mother’s Day, but come on, deliver on the food then. Very disappointed.

This was the most disappointing dinner I have ever ordered. We spent about 60 dollars on 3 orders of sushi rollsand one teriyaki combo meal. The Alaskan roll we order had a microscope amount of salmon in it. The spice tuna roll was 98% bread crumbs and the California roll has a sliver of crab meat on each roll. The teriyaki meal look good before it was opened. When it was opened there was two pieces of meat, one piece of the cheapest chicken and the toughest piece of beef. All of which sat in about 3 inches thick of uncooked onions. This meal felt more like a scam then anything else. Please for your own good stay away from this place. If I could give a no star review I would.
